1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Zenith Tweaks software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the software.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Zenith Tweaks is licensed, not sold, to you. Upon purchase, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a specified number of devices (as determined by your license tier).

• Hardware Binding: Your license key is cryptographically tied to your PC's hardware fingerprint. Sharing, selling, or transferring your license key to other users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation without a refund.
• No Modification: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Zenith Tweaks software modifies low-level Windows settings, registry keys, and system services. While thoroughly tested, the software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will not cause system instability on certain hardware configurations.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Zenith Tweaks be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, system failure, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Recommendation: Always create a System Restore point before applying aggressive system tweaks.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the software, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the development team.
